Just a quickie.

I ran 4.3 which Nigel grudgingly said we could work on and that perhaps I will make it on the day of the test! He wanted to see 4.4+ really but said that if I work hard, get my head into it and stop with the negativity I MIGHT be able to pull it off on the day!

I am reasonably pleased with this result; it's the furthest I've ever run at home and just 9 lengths off the target. If I can jump 3 lengths like this then I can jump another 3 in a few days perhaps and on the day the adrenaline will kick in and hopefully see me through!
